Frank and Diego very nice and friendly and very helpful

We noticed a leak in our carpet and tried to troubleshoot the problem ourselves but had no idea what we were doing. Frank and Diego came to our home and diagnosed the problem super fast (clogged AC condensation line). They were able to fix the problem then and there and were nice enough to waive the diagnostic fee! They also explained how to prevent this from happening again then walked me through the other appliances I had throughout my home to let me know of key things to look for should any issues come up. They were super helpful and never pressured us into anything. I would definitely recommend this company and if we ever have any plumbing issues in the future, will definitely know who to call!

I especially like their cleaning up after themselves, they are respectful and careful of the work area and keep working as i ask questions. They explain everything and get written permission before doing repairs. They installed 3 toilets at various times and hot water heater. All plumbers charge a fee for their work but Roadrunner is a good investment as the "go to" plumber.

Frank and his associate did a great job and they were very nice and professional.
