He is a trained and skilled Responsible Master Plumber and HVAC Contractor in the trade with over 24+ years of experience and is a Navien Service Specialist. He has helped so many residents over the years with their home comfort and constantly mentors his team to do the same. Most importantly, as a fellow Texan, he understands people.

Kathy Copeland
Co-Owner
She is a retired Cybersecurity expert who supported the Department of Defense for over 22 years. Furthermore, she is a native Hawaiian, and spent most of her career on Oahu supporting clients across the Services. Although she has lived in San Antonio since 2006, she remains true to the saying in Hawaii, “never forget where you are from.”

Joey is an experienced HVAC Technician and is dual hatted in plumbing as well with 5 years of hands-on experience. Known for his reliability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn, he’s built a solid foundation working on both residential and commercial systems. From assisting with installations to troubleshooting and maintenance, Joey takes pride in doing quality work and continually expanding his skills. When he's off the clock, he enjoys relaxing at home and diving into his favorite video games—a great way to unwind after a hard day's work.

With over 12 years of hands-on experience, Angel is a licensed plumber known for delivering reliable, high-quality service across residential and commercial projects. A problem-solver by nature, Angel takes pride in diagnosing issues quickly and provide long-lasting solutions that keep homes and businesses running smoothly. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their three sons.
