Meet the Copeland’s
Chris Copeland is a trained and skilled Responsible Master Plumber in the trade with over 20+ years of experience, and is a Navien Service Specialist. Helping many residents and businesses with their plumbing needs, he is known by many as the neighborhood plumber.
Most importantly, as a fellow Texan, he understands people.
Kathy Copeland is a retired Cybersecurity expert who supported the Department of Defense for over 22 years. Furthermore, she is a native Hawaiian, and spent most of her career on Oahu supporting clients across the Services. Although she has lived in San Antonio since 2006, she remains true to the saying in Hawaii, “never forget where you are from.” She retired in February, and is now helping her husband full-time with the business.

This was my first time using Roadrunner plumbing services and I will definitely be saving their number because their service was extremely fast, affordable and you could tell they knew their stuff. I had a major water meter leak situation … More out in the front of my house, the water had run down all the way down the road around my neighborhood. My neighbor helped me and when Dirk and his team got here from Roadrunner services they detected where the leak was coming from and fixed it in less than 45 minutes! They were knowledgeable and I feel super confident that I will be using them again if I ever need help with fixing any plumbing issues around my house. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Frank and his team were great! They arrived promptly, inspected the water heater, and gave me the news I was unfortunately expecting - it's become more of a sieve and is not fit for purpose. They were able to remove it, install a new … More system, and give me the nickel tour within just a couple of hours. No-nonsense and very reasonable pricing. The work done by Frank and Jesus was excellent. They were on time, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They accommodated all our safety concerns during this pandemic. After quickly working to find and clear the clog in our plumbing, … More they tested again and again to make sure the clog was definetly cleared. They explained what was happening and answered all our questions. They did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the work. My experience with Frank Rocha and helper was truly awesome. I was so impressed! They came to replace the cartridge on a handle, and did much more than that without any additional cost!!
As one worked, the other scrubbed all the dirt and … More hard water stains off the sink! They also poured an enzyme down the drain of the tub to unclog it, and without cost, did the same to the sink.
As they were ready to go, I mentioned that my other bathroom's shower faucet wobbled. They ended up in the other bathroom with a power tool, in the access space behind the tub, shortening the pipe with a power saw - all at no cost to me!!! Then Frank's second man (sorry I can't remember his name) caulked around the faucet and handles in the second bathroom.
They looked at my recently - installed hot water heater as well, and found that two ancient pipes had not been removed and replaced by the plumbing company that installed it! I will definitely be asking Roadrunner Plumbers to do that fix in the future!!
Well, today I had three problems fixed for the price of one fix and an enzyme pour! Pretty remarkable, and very professional men!! I am so impressed, and all my future business will go to Roadrunner Plumbing!!
