Full-time Licensed Journeyman Plumber

Job Description:

Roadrunner Plumbing & Air is looking for a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work independently and alongside apprentices to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions
3. Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
4. Train and mentor apprentice plumbers to develop their skills
5. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
6. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work needed

Qualifications:

1. Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License
2. Minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent customer service and communication abilities
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
